Their fleet includes a mix of commercial and non-commercial vehicles such as sprinters vans, box trucks, flatbeds, and moffett trucks. Jon Hobbs, Regional Operations Manager, was tasked with increasing fleet utilization across multiple locations and divisions while improving on-time deliveries and minimizing operational inefficiencies.

Historically, Corken Steel relied on a manual, pen-and-paper system to manage 240+ daily deliveries across multiple locations, often resulting in overlapping of routes, missed opportunities for route optimization, and unsatisfactory customer satisfaction.
